Before submitting an enquiry

Please provide as much notice as possible. Include the organisation, public-benefit purpose, location, proposed dates, expected duration, current communications arrangements and the problem you want to solve.

What happens next

  1. UKRCS reviews the enquiry for suitability and available capability.
  2. A team member may ask for more information or arrange an initial conversation.
  3. If appropriate, responsibilities, safety, safeguarding, data, equipment and communications objectives are documented.
  4. Support is confirmed only after an agreed plan and authorised UKRCS decision.
